Export CSV from Halifax
Overview
Halifax allows CSV downloads from their Online Banking service. Halifax does not have an auto-detected preset in JoinFunds, so you will need to map columns manually during import.

Go to halifax-online.co.uk and log in with your user ID and memorable information.
Select your account
Click on the account you want to export from your accounts overview.
View transactions or statements
Navigate to Statements or Recent transactions. Select the date range you want.
Download as CSV
Click Download or Export and choose CSV format. The file will save to your downloads folder.
Upload to JoinFunds
Go to the Import page and upload your file. Since Halifax does not have an auto-detected format, you will be asked to map columns manually. Match the date, description, and amount columns using the dropdown selectors.
Halifax is part of the Lloyds Banking Group but uses a different CSV format. During column mapping, look for columns like "Date", "Description", and "Amount" or "Debit/Credit" columns.
